Ratios, Unit Rates & Review

l.)Write the ratio in simplest form, then write in two other ways.

63 to 3

2.)Find the Unit Rate (Rem: unit = 1)
24 muffins to $15

3.)Tell if the ratios are equivalent (simplify & use cross-products)

9:6 = 28:14

4.)Solve the following proportions (Rem: rewrite in fraction form, then solve for x)

5 to 6 = x to 30

24:16 = x:48

3 to 5 = x to 55

18:27 = x:9

5.) Find the greatest common factor(GCF) for:

12 and 36

72 and 63

6.) Find the least common multiple (LCM) for:

8 and 12

7 and 15
